Dr. David Goldberg
Dr. Goldberg was born in Wisconsin and raised in northern Minnesota. He attended the University of Michigan for his dental education and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Goldberg earned his Master of Science degree and Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics from UIC.
Dr. Goldberg is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Illinois Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society. He holds certification in Invisalign, Incognito, and Wilckodontics.
Dr. Goldberg is a participant in the AAO Donated Orthodontics Services program and a supporter of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago. In addition, Dr. Goldberg has past philanthropic involvement with Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and Children’s Dental Services in Minnesota.
Dr. Goldberg lives in Highland Park with his wife (and college sweetheart) Abigail, their cat Kirby and rescued kitten Gordie. His interests gravitate towards things that blend art and science, which currently is cars and auto racing. He is also a member of the Highland Park Chamber of Commerce and the Chicago Curling Club. The remainder of his time is spent reading, watching hockey or socializing with friends and family.
Dr. John H. Kelsey
Dr John Kelsey, a native of Ann Arbor, MI, has been practicing orthodontics for more than 20 years. He attended the University of Michigan for his dental education, receiving his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He completed his general practice residency at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in affiliation with the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Dr. Kelsey earned his Master of Science degree in orthodontics from the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Kelsey attends several national and local meetings throughout the year to stay current with continuing education. It is extremely important for him to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in orthodontics so he can better serve his patients.
Along with continuing education, Dr. Kelsey has been an instructor in the orthodontic department at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) School of Dentistry since 1998. As an assistant clinical professor, he is involved with teaching didactic courses to the residents, lecturing to residents, and overseeing the residents’ care of patients. Dr. Kelsey enjoys the rewards and challenges of teaching orthodontics, and the residents who keep him on his toes.
Dr. Heekyoung Jo
A native of Seoul, South Korea, Dr. Heekyoung Jo completed her undergraduate degree at Seoul National University before moving to the United States to complete her Master of Science degree in orthodontics from the University of Minnesota.
As clinical assistant professor in orthodontic department at the University of Illinois-Chicago, Dr. Jo feels privileged to work at the university with the next generations of orthodontists. She has the opportunity to participate in various seminars, to learn the forefront end of orthodontic innovations and improvements, and to teach residents. It also enables her to learn about orthodontics from a scientific viewpoint, as well as from a clinical one.
Rasa has always had a vision to create a practice where the team is super comfortable and excited to come to work every day, as well as for our patients to be well cared for, safe and happy.
Indre has been with the practice since 2009 and has had the pleasure of seeing many of our patients grow up. As treatment coordinator, she loves welcoming new patients to our office and introducing them to the world of orthodontics.
As a parent and previous client, Euna was recruited to join the practice in 2014. As a treatment coordinator, she meets and helps new patients and families through the various steps involved in their treatment.
Amerika has been with the practice since 2014 and has found it to be an amazing and fun experience.
Lijana has been an orthodontic assistant for over 3 years.
Yoselin joined the practice early 2016 as a scheduling coordinator but shortly after was trained as a clinical assistant. She is currently attending the College of Lake County for her Business Degree and in her spare time enjoys long walks with her dog, Kiara, as well as spending time with family and friends.
Vina loves helping to create amazing and healthy smiles. She also appreciates that our team has fun while still providing excellent orthodontic care.
